Our Club
Regular Meetings
Our meetings are always open to anyone interested in radio and communications systems. No invitation is required, just drop in!
Each meeting offers an interesting speaker. Topics often include radio-related information or demonstrations of equipment or techniques used in our hobby. However they have also included presentations on the following:
| - astronomy by the famous Dr. Paul Delaney | - World War II radar development |
| - OSCAR satellites | - hiking the length of Great Britain |
| - life on a military submarine | - radio-controlled model airplanes |
| - developing commercial wind farms | - flying a 747 |
We meet on the first Tuesday evening of every month except July and August each year.
Meetings start at 7:30pm, usually end by 9:00pm, and are located in the Old Town Hall in Newmarket, Ontario, 460 Botsford Street near Main Street. Map
